• Energy Consumption

  Per capita energy consumption reached 9.9 toe in 2017, while electricity consumption per capita was 19 MWh.

  Total energy consumption increased by 2%/year on average between 2010 and 2017, reaching 14.5 Mtoe in 2017. The progression was much faster from 2000 to 2010 (4.8%/year).
